The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with .NET and Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages a software engineering team and oversees day-to-day operations to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
• Plans, prioritizes, and allocates resources to meet short-term goals and project deadlines.
• Develops and enforces software engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborates with architecture, analytics, and security teams to deliver integrated tech solutions.
• Oversees design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Mentors and coaches team members for technical growth and performance.
• Reviews designs, code, and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Identifies and mitigates development risks and ensures secure solutions.
• Drives continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
