Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is actively seeking a driven software developer to help re-architect and rebuild our core enterprise platform. You will contribute to a fast-paced, agile environment, building high-quality, scalable software and driving CI/CD practices.

The role involves leading a team of seasoned engineers, delivering on-time releases, and collaborating across multiple tech stacks including Angular/React and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of advanced development experience in C# .Net, .NET Core, and UML
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Minimum 5 years with streaming/messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Solace)
• Minimum of 3 years team leadership experience
• Experience with REST-based APIs, web solutions, and cloud-ready apps
• Strong CI/CD, unit testing, and automated deployment knowledge
• Knowledge of SOLID, architecture, and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development across the software lifecycle
• Maintain on-time, quality software releases for enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client-centric features
• Lead and mentor engineers to deliver scalable solutions
