Job summary

Sunrise Group, a ~170-person digital health company building the future of sleep health with diagnostic and treatment solutions, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join a scaling engineering organization. You will lead 6 to 10 engineers across 2 to 3 squads, owning people, staffing, and delivery.

You will run 1:1s, provide honest feedback, and own performance and promotion decisions, while protecting long-term velocity by capacity planning for tech health and platform quality, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Fluent English required. French is a plus.
• 3+ years managing software engineers.
• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience with React, Django, and GCP; familiarity with AI-assisted tooling.

• You will lead 6 to 10 engineers across 2 to 3 squads, owning people, staffing, and delivery.
