I am looking for a Software Engineering Manager with technical aptitude to join a Global Fortune 50 company and deliver a next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. You will leverage data to drive AI and tool development for automation, personalization, recommendation engines, etc.

Lead a small team (initially 3 to 5 people) to design, implement, and deliver a next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. Head a development team to leverage data to drive AI and tool development for our marketing automations. The role centers on managing, mentoring, and coaching the team to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Technical Skills

• 50% hands-on coding and technology expertise required
• Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms -- AWS
• Amazon Bedrock experience is a plus; AI experience is advantageous
• Experience with marketing automation or handling large datasets in marketing/sales is beneficial
• Deep understanding of cloud-native development and automation frameworks

Preferred Experience

• Automation experience in sales or marketing divisions
• Experience working within an agile methodology in large, distributed teams
