Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
• Minimum 10 years designing and/or managing development of digital and mixed-signal products with embedded software.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience managing product development in a regulated industry.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using design, ERP, and project management software tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, are organized, and are results oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and successfully complete new product development projects.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle: concept, design, test, certification, production rollout, and ongoing support.
