Job summary

UKG is seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for a modern data platform and AI-augmented development. You will guide architecture decisions, ensure scalable data pipelines, and drive BI initiatives while maintaining high standards and operational excellence.

You will mentor engineers, manage performance, and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a DevOps environment with Copilot and AI tooling integration.

Qualifications

Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale software projects.
Experience in data and analytics with BI tools (Looker, Cognos, PowerBI, Tableau).
Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and driving adoption.
Deep expertise in multiple programming languages and cloud/DevOps.

Responsibilities
