Job summary

Election Systems & Software, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team on the Product Development team. You will mentor engineers, drive engineering culture, and guide delivery of next-generation voting solutions.

You will apply Agile and DevOps/DevSecOps practices, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to align design with timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of software development experience with C#, Java, C++.
• 2+ years in leadership or people management.
• Experience with Angular and SQL Server.
• AI and SDET experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development/engineering experience, with core languages like C#, Java, and C++, as well as web-based frameworks like Angular and relational database management systems like SQL Server
• AI and SDET experience is a plus
• 2+ years of leadership and/or people management experience
