Job summary

Flack Global Metals seeks a Software Engineering Manager to lead delivery, growth, and operational performance of the software team. • 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
• Experience supporting hiring, interviewing, and building engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for creating dashboards, reports, and burndown charts.
• Experience managing on-call rotations, helpdesk/support processes, and SLA tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Report operational metrics (response times, resolution rates, SLA compliance) and drive continuous improvement.
