As a Software Engineering Lead you will mentor engineers, drive engineering excellence, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-model design, and CI/CD integration.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience and 2+ years of software engineering lead experience.
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DORA.
• Strong experience with Managed Services and/or Staff Augmentation.
• Strong knowledge of external resource development best practices.
• Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources.
• Test-driven development and strong research skills.
• Strong proficiency with data manipulation languages and optimization.
• Strong data modeling and multiple data storage subsystems knowledge.
• Expertise in C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, Linux.
• Ability to design and review complex system components and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organization, and delegation skills.

Aufgaben

• Escalation point for software development issues within area of responsibility.
• Translate requirements into software designs with other team members.
• Write and review specifications for complex system components.
• Complete complex bug fixes.
• Mentor and train entry-level software engineers as directed.
• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
• Operate in Agile, Waterfall, CI/CD environments with stakeholders.
• Design and work with complex data models and storage subsystems.
• Lead staff to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
