Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a technology leader to provide technical direction and mentor high‑performing software engineering teams. The role focuses on large‑scale software solutions, scalable architectures, and production deployments within RiskNarrative.

The US squad drives new product initiatives and maintains the orchestration engine, collaborating across cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, high‑quality solutions. Strong leadership and hands‑on coding are required.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering/CS or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall development methodologies.
• Ability to lead internal and external technology resources.

Responsibilities

• Write and review detailed specifications for system components of moderate complexity.
• Serve as escalation point for software development issues within areas of responsibility.
• Interface with technical peers to finalize requirements.
• Complete complex bug fixes and translate product requirements into designs.
• Mentor and train entry‑level software engineers as directed by management.
