Job summary

You bring 7+ years in software engineering, 2+ years leading teams, a BS in CS or engineering, and strong experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and data modeling. This role offers competitive base pay and an annual incentive.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience and 2+ years in a lead role.
• BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DORA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of escalation for software development issues.
• Mentor and train entry-level software engineers as directed by management.
• Design and work with complex data models and system components.
• Review portions of detailed specifications and ensure development best practices and code quality.
• Collaborate with other teams to translate requirements into robust software designs.
