IDEMIA Public Security in Reston is seeking a Java-focused backend engineer to design, build, and maintain microservices. You will develop AWS Lambda services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure with CDK/SAM, and contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines across multi-environment deployments.

You should be comfortable with Linux/Windows, and able to work in a hybrid office setting with occasional travel to the US office. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and scalable solutions.

Qualificações

• Strong Java development experience (Java 11+/17).
• Solid Maven experience: multi-module builds, dependency management, and plugins.
• Hands-on AWS experience: Lambda, API Gateway, ECR, S3, CloudFormation, IAM.
• Experience with CI/CD, ideally GitLab CI (YAML pipelines).
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and working in Linux/Windows environments.
