Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking an enthusiastic student for an internship/co-op to support software development across multiple programs. You will contribute to concept, design, development, integration, and testing efforts in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

• Experience in object-oriented programming.
• Experience in developing, testing, and integrating real-time software applications.

What You Will Do

• Support all aspects of a software development life cycle as members of a multi-disciplined team. This would include supporting new and legacy military and commercial programs from concept and requirements, to design, development, integration, test, and potentially subsequent maintenance tasking.
• Use creative solutions to complex technical system and software integration problems.
• Works closely with Systems Engineers to design ideal solutions with the end user and operational needs in mind.
• Work onsite at McKinney, TX [relocation eligible]

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in an applicable discipline and actively enrolled through completion of the internship / co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
• Experience in object-oriented programming.
• Experience in developing, testing, and integrating real-time software applications

• The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD.
