Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Must be enrolled Fall 2027.
• Able to work full-time for 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Experience with C++, C, JavaScript, Python, Shell, or Perl.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy software products.
• Maintain engineering software infrastructure for real-time systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and analysis engineers on embedded and simulation software.
• Apply standards and ensure software quality control.
• Perform planning, requirements management, integration, verification, and risk analyses.
• Develop software that simulates physical systems and real-time operations.
• Develop and use advanced GUIs and visualization tools.
• Shadow engineers and support larger projects.
