Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Engineering Team in Long Island City, NY. You will support project work across AI/ML initiatives and MechoNet/SolarTrac tools, gaining hands-on experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred.
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level.
• Software Engineering Major Preferred.
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail).
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI/ML to MechoNet Commissioning Tool.
• Create and test design specifications.
• Develop code to apply troubleshooting of network based on an address table.
• Interface with SolarTrac Commissioning Tool.
• Assemble prototypes and execute testing.
• Establish SOPs for specific test processes.
• Run tests and document results.
