Position Details:

• Lead a team of senior developers, software engineers, scrum masters, and quality assurance professionals responsible for delivering program initiatives supporting Truist's Digital channels.
• Collaborate with business/product owners to understand demands, define solutions, estimate efforts, and create project roadmaps, decomposing large programs into phases.
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets; estimate total delivery costs and monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
• Handle hiring, performance reviews, goal setting, and mentoring for team members.
• Resolve technical and process obstacles, improve delivery processes, and address team issues.
• Coordinate with architects and vendors to define solutions aligned with business needs, technology trends, and standards.
• Document solutions using standard architectural views and research latest technologies for team guidance.
• Create presentations for management and stakeholders at various levels.
• Define data migration strategies and non-functional requirements, assess risks, and collaborate with stakeholders for informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering or IT consulting, with leadership in architecture, integration, and project management within banking/financial services.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Actimize solutions, Java, APIs, and related technologies, with flexibility for hybrid/remote work and regular travel to Charlotte, NC.
