Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead large DoD programs, coordinate software labs, and ensure on-time delivery of complex systems. You will manage personnel, budgeting, and adherence to engineering standards across the full SDLC.

The role requires active Secret clearance, strong leadership, and proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to solve mission-critical problems for government programs.

Responsible for classified equipment and applicable inventory practices. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Ensures software standards are met.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00
