Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years of experience.
• Experience as Software Engineering Team Lead.
• SDLC including architecture, development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and production support.
• Building responsive web applications using React.js.
• React Hooks; Context API and Redux State Management.
• JSX; Modern JavaScript (ES6+); CSS; Responsive UI development; Material UI.
• Frontend testing using React Testing Library and Snapshot testing; accessibility testing.
• Designing and developing RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integration testing with JUnit.
• Designing and maintaining application data stores using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Deploying and operating applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Integrating applications with LaunchDarkly for feature flags and Okta for identity management.
• Diagnosing and resolving production issues with Splunk and Dynatrace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technology go-to person on technical questions and ensure quality by following standards.
• Design and build prototypes.
• Prepare deployment and post-deployment plans to support conversions and coordinate with architects, PMs, and developers.
• Define requirements and conceptualize solutions; create flows and diagrams for requirements gathering.
