Role Overview

As Silna scales our technology platform, we are expanding efforts such as clinical case management, an external‑facing API, and integrating cutting‑edge models into our automation processes. The role reports directly into Silna’s CTO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical case management flows that replace email‑based processes.
• Design and implement an external‑facing API that can serve as a standard for prior authorization data schemas.
• Integrate new technologies, such as OpenAI voice models and Anthropic computer use models, into automation processes.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, the CTO & COO to translate customer needs into delivered software.

Technical Stack
