Silna Health, Inc. is seeking an Operations hire to join our NYC team as we scale.

You will design workflows for eligibility checks, verifications, and prior authorizations, and you will partner with engineering to automate key processes using AI-driven solutions. As an early member of the operations team, you’ll create SOPs, lead a small group of insurance specialists, and drive operational excellence across states and payers.

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of experience in operations or related fields.
• Experience with insurance workflows or healthcare operations is a plus.
• Strong ability to drive outcomes in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core workflows for eligibility checks, verifications, and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify automation opportunities and apply AI-first solutions.
• Create SOPs that ensure consistent, accurate task completion across the operations team.
• Lead our team of insurance specialists and partner with cross-functional teams to align goals.
