Silna Health is seeking an AI Deployment Analyst to join its AI Operations team in New York. In this role, you will design and implement AI deployments to optimize healthcare documentation processes. The ideal candidate has a background in computer science or data science, with a strong focus on analytical problem-solving skills.
As part of a rapidly growing team, you'll contribute to transforming healthcare workflows by employing advanced AI technologies. Competitive compensation and benefits, including unlimited PTO, are included.
We are looking for a curious, analytical teammate to join our AI Operations team at Silna. In this role, you’ll help us design, test, and roll out AI deployments that interpret complex healthcare documents, like treatment plans and prior authorization approval letters, using optical character recognition (OCR) and agentic AI. You will work on the end-to-end deployment of browser and phone agents for automating healthcare web-based workflows.
This is a great role for a recent graduate with a background in computer science, data science, or a non-technical field who wants to apply those skills in a real-world, high-impact healthcare setting. You’ll work closely with operations and engineering to make sure our AI systems produce accurate, usable outputs that enable patients to access care faster.
Healthcare is obsessed with optimizing a broken system. We're making sure it never breaks.
Silna Health attacks the root cause of denied claims: the fragmented, incompatible systems that govern prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and benefit checks, turning workflows that used to take days into decisions made in minutes, before care is ever delivered.
We work across behavioral health, physical health, ambulatory care, and post-acute care, where administrative failure doesn't just cost money; it can delay or deny patient access entirely. We're backed by Accel and Bain Capital Ventures, and we're building fast.
