Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Workforce Management IT team, supporting UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions, data hubs, and third‑party integrations. You will work across the full stack (UI and backend), configure WFM integration points, and manage GCP infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while partnering with UKG Support/Engineering to troubleshoot production issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
1 year of work experience in a software role or similar.
Experience with WFM/HR systems and integrations.
Experience with front-end (React/TypeScript) and backend services.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and CI/CD tooling.
Knowledge of identity/SAML/OIDC protocols and security practices.
Ability to work with vendor support/engineering to troubleshoot production issues.
Interest in applying AI-assisted tooling to engineering workflows.
