Job summary

Ennoble First Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site role with TS/SCI CI Poly eligibility.

You will design, develop, test, and debug software solving complex business and mission problems, and work with the Software Lead, Systems Engineers and Project Leads to troubleshoot and refine solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating development activities, ensuring software standards are met, and documenting the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Familiar with one or more of the following object oriented software languages.
• Must have a customer approved security certification.
• DoD 8570 compliant: Security +, CISSP, SSCP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities; designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems.
• Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter programmed in business/mission applications to review and analyze software.
• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
• Ensures software standards are met; collaborates with Software Lead, Systems Engineers and Project Leads to troubleshoot, design and develop solutions.
