Job summary

Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to modernize warehousing and enable scalable solutions across 9 distribution centers. You will work on .NET/C#, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks within a hybrid Lakeland, FL setup.

You will collaborate with IT security, platform engineering, and architecture teams, contribute to AI-enabled projects, and own components from design through production. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing .NET apps (C#, APIs) and modern web UI.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• SQL Server and EF Core design/queries.
• Cloud experience on Azure and DevOps practices.
• Agile/Scrum teamwork and strong debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade technology solutions with CI/CD.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners across teams.
• Develop, test, and deploy software across environments.
• Document designs, specs, and testing results.
• Support production and participate in on-call rotation.
