Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Software Engineer in Chantilly, VA with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join a top project. The role centers on ServiceNow development, agile practices, and enterprise IT support improvements for HR-related systems.

You will design, develop, test, and document software and databases, support SN features, and ensure security and compliance while collaborating with sponsor teams and IT orgs. Competitive pay and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience developing ServiceNow applications and SN design.
• Experience implementing industry best practices and accessibility standards.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking.
• Ability to propose business-value UX/UI improvements while meeting goals.
• Experience analyzing web-based applications, interfaces, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and document code for SN-based software.
• Support Agile SN software development lifecycle and testing.
• Implement sponsor security and development requirements.
• Create and maintain SN architecture documentation and reference materials.
• Collaborate with Sponsor teams; contribute to SN platform documentation.
