WHO YOU ARE:
Seeking an IT Mainframe professional to provide automated systems development work in support of Application Solutions software systems. Use a consultative, positive, solution-focused mentality with a proactive and can-do attitude. Communicate in a professional, customer-focused manner. Collaborate with other IT teams to accomplish work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Software Engineer (Programmer IV-V) performs advanced to highly advanced (senior-level) computer programming work. Work involves overseeing programming projects, analyzing proposed applications, and designing software solutions. Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Maintains a reliable predictable work schedule. May provide guidance or oversee the work of others. May be called upon to work outside of normal business hours to complete urgent assignments or troubleshoot critical issues.
