This position is based at 1411 Brazos St, Austin, Texas, but is eligible for telecommuting from anywhere in the State of Texas.

WHO YOU ARE:
Seeking an IT professional to provide automated systems development work in support of Application Solutions software systems. Use a consultative, positive, solution-focused mentality with a proactive and can-do attitude. Communicate in a professional, customer-focused manner. Collaborate with other IT teams to accomplish work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The PeopleSoft Software Engineer (Programmer II) performs complex (journey-level) computer programming work. Work involves analyzing system specifications to develop software for computer applications; developing solution software; documenting methods and procedures used in software development; and testing, correcting and revising software. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

- Two years of full-time experience in data processing, computer science, computer programming, systems analysis, and/or related field. Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
