Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IT related field.
• 1+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise-grade applications.
• 1+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot (including Spring Data) within a microservices architecture.
• 1+ years of experience with React or Next.js (including SSR and App Router) and component-driven UI library development.
• 1+ years of experience with relational database development.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for the Curo Medical Management Platform implementations.
• Maintain 100% release success and 100% sprint predictability across teams.
• Architect and design applications ahead of sprint planning in line with guidelines.
• Optimize infrastructure and performance across UI, services, and databases.
• Design and deploy AI-powered features and integrations with responsible AI practices.
