Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a software engineer to join our Support-focused team, building internal tools and AI-driven systems that Support Reps and Support Engineers rely on daily. You will own projects end to end, working directly with Support staff to identify problems and ship solutions without a product manager intermediary.

Job description

This role sits embedded within the Support team, building internal tools and AI-driven systems that Support Reps and Support Engineers rely on daily, such as AI drafting tools, automated reply systems, workflow automation, and reporting dashboards. The engineer owns projects end to end, working directly with Support staff to identify problems and ship solutions without a product manager in between.
