Job summary

Envision Innovative Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with 5+ years of professional software development experience to design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems. You will collaborate across teams to ensure system performance and reliability in a government/military context.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS-SCI; DoD 8570 (IAT) Level II Security+ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Five or more years of professional software development experience.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and maintain software systems based on technical and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Research, design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate software and systems that enable computers to perform their intended applications.
Apply principles and techniques from computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis throughout the software-development life-cycle.
Coordinate software installation and integration activities when required.
Work with cross-functional teams to support system performance, reliability, and successful integration.
