Job Description:

This role involves developing and delivering complex requirements to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include ensuring software development meets functional, non-functional, and compliance standards, coding solutions, conducting unit tests, and ensuring successful integration with clear, robust interfaces. An understanding of industry development and testing practices is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Code solutions and perform unit testing to meet acceptance criteria and compliance standards.

• Utilize multiple architectural components (data, application, business) in design and development.

• Perform CI/CD activities.

• Contribute to story refinement and requirements definition.

• Estimate work necessary for story/requirement delivery.

• Maintain and analyze test suites; identify and troubleshoot issues.

• Perform proof of concept or spikes to mitigate risks or explore new ideas.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 10+ years of experience in IT systems and databases.

• At least 6 years of experience implementing Salesforce platform solutions.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce SFDC, AppExchange, Visualforce, and architecture.

• Experience with Salesforce REST API, Data Loader, APEX, and Visualforce.

• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, Salesforce Einstein, WAVE Analytics, and DevOps practices.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Good communication skills.

• Salesforce certifications such as Force.com Developer, Administrator, or Cloud Consultant are a plus.

• Experience with Mule ESB platform (5+ years) is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

nCino certification and prior knowledge.
