About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement perception algorithms for multi‑sensor fusion for robotics solutions
• Evaluate and integrate new sensing technologies

• Expand simulation and testing frameworks to validate perception performance
• Work closely with autonomy, UI, and operations teams to visualize and interpret environmental data

Required Experience

• 4+ years of software experience, including 2+ focused on perception, computer vision, or sensor fusion
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++
• Strong background in processing radar, LiDAR, or camera data
• Familiarity with perception algorithms (segmentation, clustering, Kalman filters, etc.)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Compensation

$140K–$190K base + stock options
