The Revenue Growth group

Consists of two teams focusing on initiatives like upgrades and expansions. This engineer will join to drive Figma's self-serve revenue efforts, working closely with their Engineering Manager to shape the group's vision, lead major projects, and enhance team cohesion and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a team multiplier who can enable the team to do more while maintaining best engineering practices.

Role Details

This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.

2. Take shared ownership of the product process, from ideation to implementation.
3. Contribute to reshaping our monetization strategies.
4. Build reliable, scalable systems and user experiences, demonstrating technical leadership.
5. Assist in interviewing and recruiting talented engineers to Figma.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

1. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2. Experience shipping features or products.
3. Strong communication skills across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Mentoring experience through pairing, code reviews, and feedback.
2. Experience with data-driven experimentation and analytics.
3. Fluency in programming languages such as Typescript/Javascript, React, C++, Python, Java, Objective-C, or Go.
