Our Enterprise teams ensure our largest customers have the tools to manage access, and organize their work inside Figma. We solve direct customer problems, but also own the technical foundations in authorization, file sharing, and user management which power Figma's growing product suite. The Enterprise team focuses on three areas:

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

The IAM team owns foundational technology that empowers Figma to deliver secure, convenient, and scalable access to our customers. Sharing and real-time collaboration are core to Figma's magic as a browser-first tool, and the IAM team owns the systems that make this possible across a growing suite of products. The team also manages user identities, leveraging industry standards such as SAML and SCIM to provide seamless SSO experiences.

Scale

The Scale team enables companies across industries to manage their Figma instances efficiently and securely. Comprising full-stack engineers, they focus on building products for our largest and most sophisticated customers, helping traditional industries adopt Figma in their product development cycles. They also equip Figma admins with the right tools for managing their teams and content, collaborating closely with Sales and Solution Architects to address top-tier customer challenges. Workflow

The Workflow team aims to empower teams of all sizes to share, organize, and secure their work seamlessly. We are full-stack engineers passionate about pushing sharing boundaries—reducing friction while maintaining strict security boundaries. Our work involves reimagining content models and file organization to meet evolving needs of modern, cross-functional teams. This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

• Contribute to Figma's growth by expanding our product offerings
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define vision, technical direction, and roadmaps
• Lead engineering projects to support our Enterprise customers at a large scale
• Mentor and work with high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven success in shipping high-quality products in high-growth environments
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and functions
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting team culture

Bonus points if you also have:

• Expertise with Ruby, TypeScript, React, and/or PostgreSQL
• Experience working in B2B SaaS and with enterprise customers
