Job summary

Fluidstack is expanding its Facility Controls team to engineer the real-time energy control stack for cutting-edge data centers. You will own critical control services, design messaging/state layers, and ensure data integrity across a distributed platform.

You’ll pair rigorous design with rapid delivery in a high-stakes environment, delivering reliable, observable systems at global scale. Ideal candidates bring experience with Go, NATS, Redis, and modern observability tools, plus a track record

Qualifications

Experience with high-throughput messaging systems at scale.
Experience designing time-series data models and schemas.
Strong observability mindset and metrics-driven shipping.
Proven track record building and owning production services.

Responsibilities

Build and own the facility side of the energy control contract and related services.
Design and evolve the messaging and state layer for real-time telemetry.
Own data contracts and engineering standards across sites and partners.
Implement constraint execution paths with scalable, deterministic timing.
Develop observable dashboards and alarms to prove production conformance.
