Job summary

Cloudflare Austin is hiring for a role on the CNI team that builds and operates private network interconnects, connecting enterprise customers to Cloudflare’s global network. You will work with Rust, Go, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Kubernetes, and Linux networking to deliver scalable interconnect solutions.

You will join a fast-paced, AI-forward team that ships iteratively, owns production systems, and participates in on-call rotations to maintain reliability for major customers.

Qualifications

• Systems-level programming experience in Rust, Go, C, or C++.
• Understanding of IP networking fundamentals: BGP, Layer 3 routing, and interconnect technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend systems that provision, monitor, and orchestrate private network interconnects at scale.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Network Engineering, and Infrastructure teams on initiatives to connect enterprise customers to Cloudflare's global network.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle: design, code, test, and deploy production software.
