As a Software Engineer Principal within PNC’s C&IB organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities

1. Work directly with scrum teams in a JAVA environment utilizing AGILE methodology.
2. Provide technical leadership in agile ceremonies, define and adhere to technical standards.
3. Lead estimation, planning, designing solutions, and development with the scrum team.
4. Design and develop Client Facing Portal platforms for corporate and commercial customer initiatives.
5. Participate in activities related to all Client Facing Portal modules and initiatives.
6. Ensure excellent communication, strategic thinking, sound judgment, and timely delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Java, API, Microservices, OCP, Spring, Oracle, Mongo, Web Services (Restful and SOAP)

Additional Skills

• Angular / JavaScript, Agile, HTML, CSS (plus)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
