Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Java, Node.js, and React with PostgreSQL/Redis backend.
• Experience building dashboards and data pipelines.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and MCP/Agentic AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable systems for program and portfolio management.
• Build dashboards and tools that provide real-time insight into spend, staffing, and operational health.
• Partner with EPMs, finance analysts, product, and engineers to design, develop, and implement solutions.
• Continuously improve processes to increase predictability and efficiency in planning and tracking work.
• Deliver and maintain a scalable Program Portfolio Management system to enable data-driven VP-level decisions.
