Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/SE/CE or related field.
• TS/SCI clearance requirement with 0–2 years of software development experience (internships/academic projects may qualify).
• Proficiency with C++ or other OO language.
• Familiarity with Git and GitLab, including source control, branching, commits, and merge requests.
• Ability to work in Linux-based development environments and use development/debugging tools.
• Ability to collaborate with software, systems, hardware, and test engineering personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing, and integration of software plugin capabilities.
• Develop and maintain software using C++ or other OO languages.
• Implement and modify plugin components within an established architecture.
• Assist integration of software with hardware and hardware-dependent interfaces.
• Develop and execute automated unit, integration, and regression tests.
• Assist with software builds, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain documentation.
• Work within GitLab-based development and configuration-management workflows.
• Support development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment activities.
• Assist maturation of automated development processes, including cloud-based CI/CD.
