Dematic is seeking a talented Software Support Engineer to provide remote, second-level customer support within our Customer Service team. The role involves working on a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule, four nights on and four nights off. You will collaborate closely with customers, first-level technicians, and software/technical engineers to resolve issues. The position may also require on-site support during emergencies. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of multiple programming languages, operating systems, databases, and networking.
