Netsmart is seeking a Software Engineer to join the TheraOffice team, a rehabilitation therapy software platform used by clinics nationwide.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET/C# applications, work with SQL databases, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver secure, compliant healthcare solutions. You will gain exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience developing C# applications on the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software development fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, data modeling, and SQL development.
• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS application architectures.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and modern software development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions primarily using C#, .NET, and SQL technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code that follows engineering standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues through debugging and root cause analysis.
• Develop and execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical design discussions, and peer code reviews.
