Bestgate Engineering is seeking a Software Engineer (MongoDB) to join a mission-focused team developing automated capabilities for secure data and enterprise workflows. Responsibilities span database development and cloud-based applications, including microservices, from design through implementation.

The role requires strong Python, MongoDB, and web framework experience (Django/Flask), plus RESTful API development. TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required.

Formación

• 14+ years of experience in software or database engineering.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Django or Flask.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful endpoints.
• Experience working with microservices.
• Experience designing database structures and data workflows.
• Experience supporting database development, data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Ability to lead technical requirements from inception to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree; 4 years additional TE/related experience may substitute.
