Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with software development and leadership of projects.
• Proficiency with modern web stacks and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON; Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, React, Electron; cloud on AWS/Azure; DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, analyze, and normalize requirements into clear specs.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software per team processes.
• Contribute to automated tests and flight infrastructure as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team via chat, email, calls, and meetings.
• Work with autonomous software teams to deliver new features.
• Maintain standards-compliant, extensible code and tooling.
• Troubleshoot system issues raised by users in real time.
• Plan tasks, estimate effort, deliver on time, report status.
• Support mission planning products and documentation.
• Provide training materials and support for new tools.
• Undertake mission-control training and post-mission improvements.
