Job summary

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in C++ and C#; strong OO design and patterns.
  • Experience with automated unit testing and building testable code.
  • Experience with client/server architecture and clear design reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a regulated medical-device environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software that supports the lifecycle of a complex radiation therapy medical device.
  • Write high-quality, reliable code that fulfills product and subsystem requirements in a complex clinical domain.
  • Implement automated tests to validate functionality and reduce regressions.
  • Contribute to sustaining engineering by troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of issues.
  • Directly impact the development and architecture of software that creates, stores, optimizes and delivers patient treatment s.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated software solutions.
