Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Manager to guide technology adoption across product teams, build capabilities within the chapter, manage and support team members (contingent labor). Responsibilities include team composition optimization, reviewing priorities, assessing resource and backlog redirection, managing talent metrics, and administrative duties within their teams.

What you will be doing

• 7+ years' experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer developing software solutions using C#, .NET, REST API design and development, OOP, Angular/React.
• 2+ years' experience with React, GraphQL, and container technologies.
• Experience with API Management Tools and event streaming technologies like Kafka.
• 2+ years' experience managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing a motivated technical workforce.

Location and Travel details

• This is a remote position with occasional travel if needed.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium.
• Experience in interviewing, recruiting, hiring, assessing, and retaining technical personnel.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with architects and product owners to understand capacity and demands and optimize team skills.
• Experience fostering a rewarding and motivating environment for development team members.
• Experience creating a learning environment and continuously improving skills at individual and departmental levels.
• Experience evaluating technologies, conducting proof of concepts, and managing technology vendor relationships.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations or countries.
