The Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Retail Technology organization will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The role requires regular presence in the office or in the field, with some responsibilities potentially performed remotely at the manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
• Propose and design software solutions to meet complex business needs, including preparing technical documentation.
• Facilitate complex problem resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, review coding, testing, and documentation.
• Apply modern development principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education, including:

• Proficiency in developing Mobile Applications for Android or iOS, with fluency in the latest advancements.
• Proficiency in Web UI development using Javascript/Angular.
• Experience in designing and developing UI frameworks and UX components.
• Ability to lead a team of UI engineers.
