Qualifications

• A strong desire to learn and exposure to multiple aspects of the insurance industry.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team; collaboration is a core value.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Effective communication, including presenting and reporting findings.
• Experience with JavaScript, C#, SQL and applying AI in development is a plus.
• GPA of at least 3.0 and study focus in CS/IT/IS.

Responsibilities

• Create technical specifications.
• Develop high-quality code to meet business requirements.
• Participate in peer code reviews for maintainability and performance.
• Assist in application testing.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute ideas to improve the internship program.
• Present work and learning outcomes to senior leadership at summer end.
