Concord Insurance Group invites you to join our 10–12 week summer Underwriting Internship in the Personal Lines team. You’ll receive on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and hands-on projects designed by our leadership to prepare you for a post‑graduation role.

You’ll review New Business, Renewals and Inspections, participate in large loss reviews, assist on agency visits with Marketing, and complete AINS coursework. Expect structured learning and meaningful contributions throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergraduate student in Business Administration, Business Management, or Risk Management.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Interest in insurance and underwriting.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review New Business, Renewals and Inspections.
• Participate in large loss reviews.
• Assist on agency visits with Marketing.
• Complete detailed training including coursework from AINS.
• Contribute to special underwriting projects.
• Present work to senior leadership at program end.
