You’ll team up with 3-5 colleagues to deliver maintainable code, improve internal systems, and learn test-driven development while continuing training and personal growth aligned with your goals.

If you’re someone who has basic programming skills, and is currently going through a formal computer science program, or have recently completed one, we might be a good match! Here at Lean TECHniques, we work with Fortune 500 companies to help take technology from a cost center, to a competitive advantage.

You’ll join forces with 3-5 other team members to deliver high-quality, low-maintenance software solutions that help organizations cement their place in the digital economy.

You’ll help LT improve some of our internal systems, and work on code that we use day to day.

You’ll learn test-driven development practices to help write high-quality code.

You’ll continue to refine your craft and grow your skills through ongoing training, personal development and other learning opportunities that help you reach your goals.
