Job summary

RTX is seeking a co-op student for a full-time position in Marlborough or Te wksbury, MA. The Software organization develops software for missiles, launchers, radars, naval systems, and other complex systems, delivering real-time processing, ML, cyber security, and DevOps capabilities in agile teams.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a STEM bachelor program and will be junior, senior, or post-grad by summer 2027. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) degree program in STEM and will be at minimum Junior, Senior or Post Grad year by summer 2027.
• Experience with C, C++, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements, design, development and testing of software.
• Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.
• Review software components and systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Tackle problems with defined scope and schedule.
• Follow established development practices and CM.
• Must be eligible for U.S. interim security clearance.
